The logotype was designed to feel very conversational and human in subtle ways based on certain character elements. For example, the ‘a’ and ‘f’ have ball terminals that resemble mouths while the ‘d’ counter resembles a speech bubble.

The illustrations* play a vital roll with Gladfolk’s identity. They help keep the brand grounded and honest while still having that charismatic quality.
